Video segments, deposition clips may be created, and exhibits may be annotated and saved prior to trial and added to the presentation database.

Instant, random access to all exhibits is a feature of TrialPro and in addition to keyboard entry of exhibit Access Identifiers, may also be accomplished by use of bar codes. The built-in TrialPro bar code utility may be used for printing of exhibit images with bar codes, or in a variety of other formats, which may then be organized into trial notebooks.
