TrialPro offers built-in
tools to manage deposition transcript video synchronized by the popular
TIMARO Technologies PTS, LiveNote VideoNote and other embedded time code
sync format software. Synchronized transcript text and video enables
quick searches and viewing of the corresponding video eliminating time-consuming
searching through hours of deposition video to find key testimony.
Simple
to use
Search the transcript to
locate pertinent testimony and the video plays in sync with the scrolling
text. Simply highlight the desired text in TrialPro and click on
a button to automatically add the selection to your presentation database.
Multiple clips may also easily be linked for contiguous Group playback
during presentation. TrialPro's built-in video editing controls allow fine-tuning
of any video segment.

During sync video playback
TrialPro offers instantaneous switching between display modes. Play video
and scrolling text side by side, video above a selectable number of lines
scrolling text window, or full screen video only with a simple click
of a button.
Flexible
During presentation of pre
designated deposition clips the complete synchronized transcript text is
available for instant text searching and corresponding video playback.
Simply search for a key word, or jump to a transcript page, highlight lines
of transcript text on-screen and TrialPro plays the designated section,
or double-click on any text line and begin synchronous transcript and video
playback from the selected position.
TIMARO PTS-LT
Sync Software
The
TIMARO PTS (Post-production time-stamp) program is designed to insert time
stamps in an ASCII text format transcript file containing page and line
numbers for synchronized access and playback of the corresponding digitized
deposition video.
The
TrialPro included version of the TIMARO PTS program enables TrialPro users
to add time stamped synchronization to an ASCII transcript synchronized
to the digitized deposition video. The completed TIMARO sync file is then
easily imported into TrialPro for synchronized playback as well as identification
and saving pertinent transcript segments.
