Organize Exhibits. TrialPro II organizes exhibit files in folders to facilitate exhibit grouping and re-structuring.

The
TrialPro II database
comprises
a tree
interface for exhibit folder management.
Database
functions may be selected from the Menu
bar, right click shortcut
menus, and shortcut buttons at the bottom of the screen.
- Automated Data Entry. All demonstrative exhibits may be simply and automatically added into the presentation database by using MS Windows Explorer drag and drop, the built-in TrialPro browser interface, or ASCII delimited file import.
- The drag
& drop interface allows for folders and files to be copied
from Windows Explorer into the database and those files to be
copied and/or moved within the TrialPro II folders. Long
filenames are supported. All files and Group folders
contained in the database are available for access and display
during presentation using an alphanumeric Identifier. TrialPro II,
as delivered, utilizes the MS Data Access Component Jet database
engine.

Exhibit Preview. Each exhibit image may be previewed using the TrialPro Viewer to allow pre-treatment and mark-ups of exhibits from within the database, review exhibits for bar code selection and allow descriptive text and reference data to be associated with each exhibit.

Video Editing. A powerful, yet simple to use video editor makes it easy to modify digital video files, adjust starting and ending playback time, and instantly create video clip segments from existing video files.
- Import Data from Databases and Image Index files. The Import Data Template feature allows ASCII delimited reports and image cross-reference files to be imported directly into a TrialPro database. This allows field data and exhibit image information from other sources, such as litigation specific databases and document image indexes, to be used by TrialPro.
- Exhibit Bar Code Selection & Printing. Exhibits may be selected in any combination for bar coding and easily printed within TrialPro in a variety of formats with reference data and/or exhibit images.
- Document Scanning. Connect any TWAIN scanner or digital camera to your system and the TrialPro built-in scanning connection allows you to add TIFF images into the presentation.
- Exhibit Data Searching. TrialPro II allows for alphanumeric fielded data searches. Found search items are displayed in a fielded data list which may easily be copied to another folder for organization or structured presentation.
- Database Editing and Navigation. Sort files, insert and delete exhibit entries, and easily navigate to exhibits using keyword searching.
