I had the pleasure of using your software in a products liability trial last November.  Both parties' exhibits were premarked. Of the 200 exhibits used in the trial, about half were photos, video depos and crash test videos.  The other half were documents.  The documents were scanned in as multipage TIFF files, the photos in JPEG and the videos in QuickTime. 

       Opening up the case, importing the files and setting up the folders was easy thanks to the user friendly format and tree structure. Identifying the exhibits was the most time consuming but it really helped me learn the evidence.  The drag and drop feature is a great improvement over other programs on the market.  Previewer is cool. Toolbars are slick.  And bar code with the print layouts makes presentation a breeze.

        In this trial we were able to organize and present all our evidence using a laptop and LCD projector.  We used the bar code feature printing six images to a page.  These pages were organized in a notebook where we would use a bar code reader to retrieve them instantly.  I annotated a few images with my expert which made for an interesting presentation.  The on demand retrieval and display of photos, videos and documents made for a more efficient and persuasive case from the plaintiff.
