| During TrialPro presentation of
exhibits the Trial-Log recorder creates a record of exhibits
being displayed during depositions and in-court proceedings to
be viewed in synchronization with the transcript.
The Trial Log
maintains a record (the Log) of all demonstrative exhibits
displayed by TrialPro including display date and time, and
witness reference data. On-screen exhibit mark-ups and
annotations may also be automatically included in the Trial Log.
The included TrialPro Log Viewer
synchronizes the exhibits to the time-stamped ASCII transcript
and embeds an exhibit icon in the transcript text. To view
an exhibit simply point and click on an exhibit icon in the
transcript text and the corresponding exhibit that was shown at
that point in the proceeding is displayed.
The Trial Log is applicable to
any matter in which a record of which exhibit was shown in
conjunction with what was being said is desired including
depositions taken prior to trial, trial review, and appeal.
TrialPro II and the Trial Log is currently being utilized in the
Bloody Sunday
Inquiry in Ireland. |
